Where do I park my car?

You have 2 options (assuming you are staying in a hotel room)
We can valet park your car for you. The charge is $10 for the duration of your stay, it will be charged onto your room account Alternatively you can self park your car at no additional cost. The closest car park is across the road from the end of the driveway.

Is the pool heated?

Yes to a temperature of approximately 26 degrees. You also you have the spa which is at around 35 degrees. There are towels and sun screen down there for your convenience. Cool water, as well as other beverages, ice-creams and bar snacks are available from Grapevine directly at the end of the pool. The easiest way to access from the hotel is down the stairs in front of Redsalt and out the door on your left.

What time is breakfast? How much is it? Where is it?

Breakfast is served daily in Redsalt from 6:30 onwards (until 10:30 weekdays & 11:00 Weekend). Redsalt is located on the same level as reception at the opposite end of the building from the main entrance. A full buffet breakfast is $35 per person and $25 for a continental breakfast. Breakfast finishes at 10am on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends.

What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 11am for our resort rooms and 1pm for our Villas. Depending on availability and demand it is possible to purchase a late check-out. Would you like me to contact reception to see if this is possible?

Can I get an earlier check-in?

We can put a request on your reservation; however this cannot be guaranteed as it would depend on the occupancy of the hotel the evening before. It is best to call the morning of arrival to get an idea from reception as to what time the room might be ready. If the room is not ready we can store any baggage and give access to the gym which has shower and bathroom facilities.

Do you have a shuttle service?

The hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service but concierge can organise transfers to airports, restaurants, wineries and local attractions. Taxi’s are also an option, as are private car’s, limousines and helicopters. There are a few places that do have a shuttle that will pick up on a Friday and Saturday night, e.g Potters and the Verandah Restaurant. You can contact concierge by using the speed dial in your room or alternatively will they are located at the front entrance to the hotel.

What is your GPS location?

The easiest way to locate our hotel using a GPS is to insert Cessnock Airport as a point of interest as most GPS Systems have not been updated with Crown Plaza Hunter Valley As being on 430 Wine Country Drive Lovedale.

Do you have a map?

Concierge have maps of both the complex and the local area. Directions to major towns and city’s such as Newcastle, Maitland and The Central Coast can be printed at the concierge for your convenience.
