Enjoy eggs made to order with a chef on hand to make them just the way you like, a fresh juice station, as well as, a range of hot and cold options to choose from to ensure you have a great start to the day.

Redsalt’s al-a-carte lunch and dinner menu is renowned for its premium grill selection and a la carte menu featuring the best quality produce prepared to highlight its natural flavours. This is matched by an extensive wine list showcasing the very best premium Hunter Valley, Australian and International wines offering something to suit all palates. The design of Redsalt’s open kitchen adds a little theatre to the evening as the chefs prepare their culinary delights for you to enjoy.

Redsalt also offers a chef’s degustation menu which showcases a selection of our chef’s signature dishes with specially selected wines to match each course. Advance booking for the degustation menu is necessary.
