Redsalt is the resort’s award winning Hunter Valley restaurant offering expansive views over the golf course, pool and surrounds. The hotel’s signature restaurant was awarded the Bronze medal at the 2009 NSW Tourism Awards in the Restaurant and Catering division. Dining is available for breakfast and dinner.
Start the morning off with the freshest and most extensive buffet breakfast offered in the Hunter Region. Enjoy eggs made to order with a chef on hand to make them just the way you like, a fresh juice station, as well as, a range of hot and cold options to choose from to ensure you have a great start to the day.
Redsalt’s à la carte dinner menu is renowned for its premium grill selection and a la carte menu featuring the best quality produce prepared to highlight its natural flavours. This is matched by an extensive wine list showcasing the very best premium Hunter Valley, Australian and international wines offering something to suit all palates.
The design of Redsalt’s open kitchen adds a little theatre to the evening as the chefs prepare their culinary delights for you to enjoy.
