Our team have provided you some tips that may be useful for you in preparation for your stay with us.

Be prepared…Don’t forget to bring a blanket if you are attending a Hunter Valley concert

If you’re planning on attending one of the spectacular concerts in the Hunter Valley don’t forget to bring a blanket to sit on if you have general admission tickets as chairs are not permitted in the general admission area. We would also recommend you pack a poncho as the concert will go ahead rain or shine and you don’t want to get caught out.

Bring your family pet along for the holiday with a great Pet Resort nearby

Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is unable to allow pets to be brought into the resort during your stay, however we have a highly recommended Pet Resort & Grooming Parlour nearby to ensure your pet is well accommodated and looked after. The Hunter Valley Pet Resort & Grooming Parlour offers secure, quality and fully air-conditioned accommodation, cleaning twice daily, grassed exercise yards, and inspections are welcome. Make use of our Complimentary Kids Club

Whilst staying at the hotel with your children you should take advantage of our complimentary Kids Club – Water Dragons. Water Dragons staff are accredited and the facilities are purpose built allowing you time to relax and enjoy all the Region has to offer. Water Dragons offer a morning and an afternoon session for you to choose from, just don’t forget to pre-book 24 hours in advance as in peak times places are limited.

Wanting to drink and not drive….

When wine tasting in the Hunter Valley you don’t have to worry about drinking and driving. There are many different methods of transport you can use instead of your car. We can organise for you to travel by bus, horse and cart, helicopter, or even on a bike! Speak to one of our friendly concierge team members when you arrive and we can organise a tour to help you to make the most out of your stay – and stay safe.
