The Chardonnay room offers natural light with views over the golf course and is conveniently located opposite the Semillon Ballroom. The Hunter Valley conference room is 50 square metres in size and ideal for smaller meeting, break-out options, sit-down functions, small presentations or stand-up events.

Undergoing an extensive upgrade in 2012 the hotel boasts a new state-of-the-art AV systems supported by a team of dedicated on-site AV technicians to provide on-hand assistance ensuring a seamless experience for clients and guests.
