Cellar Room 1 and 2

Located on the ground floor of the resort, Cellar room 1 and 2 are the ideal conference venues in the Hunter Valley. They are perfect for smaller meetings or can be used as a break-out room. Each room is almost 60 square metres in size and can accommodate between 50-60 guests for an intimate theatre-style presentation or up to 60-75 people for a networking event.

Specifications include:

  • 57 – 59 square metres of conference space
  • 20 – 28 people for a boardroom meeting
  • 50 – 60 for a theatre-style presentation
  • 60 – 75 for a cocktail function or stand up function
  • 35 – 38 for a classroom
