Exceptional Service and an excellent team
I wanted to thank you and your extended team for the exceptional service that you all provided us throughout our recent Cycle 1 Meeting. The meeting from our perspective was a huge success, with loads of excellent feedback from delegates both on the meeting and the venue. Some are saying this has been the best conference they have been to – and our people are fairly harsh judges too! These types of meetings don’t happen without an excellent team that are committed to delivering outstanding service and everywhere we turned this is exactly what we experienced.
The Hunter Harvest Welcome Dinner – what else can I say but wow!! This was so well received by our colleagues and arguably the best we have ever done. Despite the heat people thoroughly enjoyed the night, the band and the relaxed atmosphere. The food was AMAZING! Not only the selection but the quality was very high. Again, the feedback we have received is extremely positive. This is an excellent concept that I would highly recommend to any group.
Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley has certainly set the bar very high for future meetings and to be honest I am going to find it challenging to match this in the future. The team there are clearly very experienced but more notably highly engaged in their jobs and dedicated to providing the highest quality to guests and conference delegates. It was an absolute pleasure to work with you all, you certainly made my job much easier and I will have no hesitation in recommending and returning one day both from a work and personal perspective.

Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley was the ideal venue for the 2016 Wagyu Revolution Conference where 400 delegates from all states and overseas enjoyed the excellent accommodation, wonderful food and great service. However the greatest contributors to the conference’s outstanding success were Crowne Plaza’s experienced and supportive management and staff and the flexible, expandable conference, dining and exhibition spaces which worked to perfection. Thoroughly recommended as an ideal self-contained conference venue.

Great stay, great staff, great venue
Just completed a four night stay at Crown Hunter Valley. From arrival to departure the service, friendliness and courtesy of the staff was outstanding. As an IHG Rewards Club member who travels frequently around SE Asia and the Pacific I would have to say this was one of the best venues I have the pleasure of staying at. Our room was well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable. Special thanks to Luke at the golf club pro shop for helping to make my stay memorable. We will definitely be back to enjoy more relaxing time at this resort country club.
Impeccable attention to detail
I would like to pass on my thanks to the team at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley. The attention to detail and level of service is quite rare these days, nothing was too much of a hassle and everyone who interacted with our group was incredibly polite, accommodating and happy. A special mention must go to Brent who hand delivered a replacement case of wine to our Friday breakfast. I would recommend Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley to anyone looking to visit the region and hope to return for a more leisurely visit myself!

I have just returned home from the Hunter after a visit to attend a concert at Hope Estate. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa at Crowne Plaza . I would like to commend the resort. Our stay was comfortable . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly . The accommodation was clean,comfortable beds and excellent facilities . The breakfast was excellent value and fabulous friendly staff at the egg station. Also I love the coffee facility. So many hotels cannot provide a decent coffee and when they do there is usually an extra charge. Congratulations for an excellent resort ,good value and very accessible to the Vineyards and Concert venues!

Outstanding customer service
We recently held our annual national sales conference at the Crowne Plaza. The feedback from our delegates has been nothing but complimentary for the venue and their staff. From any staff member on the floor to Zoe in the office, nothing was ever too much trouble. All our requests and changes were met with professionalism and a quick resolution. Wonderful team and excellent hotel facilities
The hotel facilities were perfectly suited to our needs and it was great to have everyone accommodated on site. Whilst this contributed to the success of the event, I believe that without the team of wonderful people that you have, the result of the conference wouldn’t have been nearly as great.
The theme of our conference was ‘Better Together’ with particular focus on the introduction of our new customer commitment program across both the vet and retail sides of the business. It couldn’t have been more perfect for our team members to witness first hand from your employees, the type of customer service we want our vet & retail leaders to provide to our customers.
