Degustation
Guests are served a 5 course meal that showcases the Hunter’s local cuisine.
Plated
Guests are individually served fully prepared dishes, restaurant style. In most cases two different entrées, main courses and desserts are served alternatively.
Buffet
Guests choose their meals from a buffet, allowing them to decide on the portions and select dishes they prefer.
Cocktail Style
Waiters circulate the ballroom area, offering guests a variety of light canapés showcasing local produce.
