• Is there a map of the vineyards? How do I book a wine tour?

Yes, complimentary maps are available from Concierge and you can also book wine tours through Concierge.

  • Do you offer free WiFi?

For IHG Rewards Club members, complimentary wireless Internet is available in your guestroom and in public areas of the hotel. If you are not a member of IHG Rewards Club, additional charges apply.   • Can I have a late check out and or/early check in?

Late checkouts and early check-ins are subject to availability, please contact reception before or during your stay. Additional charges may apply.

  • What time is room service available?

Room service is available 24 hours for guests staying in one of our rooms or suites. However, room service ends at 11pm for guests staying in our villas.

  • Where can I smoke and buy cigarettes?

You can smoke at the bottom of the driveway, Vista Terrace, & outside The Lovedale on the bricked patio (not on the deck). Cigarettes are available for purchase from the Lovedale Bar, behind the counter.

  • What is a mobile key and how can I use it?

As an Australia first initiative, all our villas now come with a mobile app allowing guests to access their rooms via keyless entry. Simply prearrange this with our staff, receive a mobile key and wave your smartphone with the app in front of your door to unlock.   • Can I have 2 adults and 3 kids in a two bedroom villa? And are Porta cots available?

The maximum occupancy of our two bedroom villa is four adults or two adults and two children, however we would allow a small infant/ baby in porta cot also (two and above is classified as a child). Porta cots are complimentary, please submit a request with our Reservations team when you make a booking or email reservations.hunter@ihg.com.

  • Can I stay in the villa next door to my friend or family?

While this cannot be guaranteed, please submit your request to our Reservations team who will be able to check availability for you. They can be contacted on reservations.hunter@ihg.com.

  • Are we allowed to have any temporary structures on the resort or the villas?

Unfortunately we do not allow temporary structures (eg camping, sun structures, inflatable pools) to be set up on resort grounds or attached to the villas.

  • How many car spots are available at my villa?

There are two spots allocated for every villa which are directly out the front of the villa and there are additional car spots available around the hotel. Parking is complimentary for your stay unless valet parking is requested.

  • Are the villas serviced?

Villas are serviced every seven days or upon checkout. Rubbish is removed daily between 11am to 4pm, amenities and towelling are available on request. Alternatively, you may request additional servicing during your stay at a minimal cost per service.

  • When is the swimming pool open and is it heated?

Our pool is open daily from 7am till 9pm and is solar heated to around 27 degrees.

  • When is the gym open and where is it located?

Our onsite gym is located on the ground floor of the Resort, next to Ubika Spa and near the swimming pool. Our gym is open 24 hours and is accessible by your room key. 

  • How much is golf and where is it located?

An 18 hole golf course is located in the grounds of our Resort. A well-equipped pro shop can be access from The Lovedale. For further information on the golf course including fees please click here.

  • What can the kids do in the Resort and in the Hunter Valley?

There are plenty of activities and facilities for the kids at our Resort including a pool, sports courts, carousel and kids train. We also have a dedicated kids club! Our Concierge can advise on child-friendly activities available across the region. Click here for more information on our Kidzone.

  • How do I book my child into kids club and are babysitting services available?

  • Can I have luggage stored for the day?

Yes, please contact Concierge during your stay to arrange collection and storage at no cost.

  • What time does reception close?

For your convenience, our reception is open 24 hours a day.

  • How do I get to the airport?

There is an airport shuttle service available which will pick you up at the resort, taxis are also available. Concierge can arrange these services for you.

  • Can I book my IHG Rewards night with the Resort directly?

All rewards/point night bookings need to be booked direct with IHG Rewards Club by phone, internet or through your on-line account.

  • When do I need to pay for accommodation?

This will vary depending on the accommodation package you purchased. Some packages require full prepayment at the time of booking otherwise full payment is required upon check in.
